Social security and medicare and medicaid cut. i understand all that. look at the budget. look at the options in front of us. if we're going to get realistic about having a physically responsible budget -- we have to. you can't run a deficit of this size forever or even for re long. we have to have a very honest and serious conversation about what needs to be done to get us back to fiscal sanity. we haven't gotten there in terms of that conversation. people still imagine you can get rid of earmarks and that will take care of the problem. i mean, there's a lot more that needs to be done here. >...
