it s hard to say. the trouble is the guys who were saying that were much worse candidates. when newt gingrich says you re the worst candidate, that s not true. right. but my feeling from the start was the republicans did not have someone who could beat president obama. i think that s true, out of that group, rick perry, herman ca cain, plaintiff was the best candidate. i think that is correct. but there s a danger to them looking too much to the personality of mitt romney saying he was not the right guy, he didn t do a good job. in fact his own party doomed him. the positions he had to take in the primary on immigration, on women s issues, on not accepting a 10-1 spending cut to tax increase deal, those things set him up for defeat and he was never able to overcome the sense that he is part of this party that has done everything they ....
