The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has again moved the deadline for its program which allows noncompliant and suspended firms to apply for amnesty. Corporations which have incurred penalties for the late and non-filing of their annual financial statements (AFS), general information sheets (GIS) and official contact details will have until November 6 to file
I WAS invited by the Tax Accountancy Association Union of Chinese Taipei (Taauct) to speak during its Corporate Integrity and Sustainable Development Asia Regional Seminar recently held in Taiwan.
