The Town of Essex has named Jacey Brockman as the new Assistant Deputy Fire Chief. Brockman has over 20 years of experience as a Town of Essex Firefighter. He has served at Fire Station 2 since 2001 and was promoted to Captain in 2016. The Town of Essex has a new Deputy Chief. Jason Pillon has been employed with the Town since 1997 when he became a Volunteer Firefighter at Station 3 in Harrow. Since then, he has climbed the ranks with several positions, including Captain and Battalion Chief.
