Why? >> sure it is, rick, in you look at the data and there are government agencies that release the data. from the small business owner, the self-employed in many states that person cannot collect unemployment therefore they're not going to show up as unemployed. what about the college grads or high school grads from the classes of 2009? if they didn't have a job before, they're not going to show as unemployed now. the people that are underemployed doing what they can to make their families survive, to help their families survive, they're considered employed. i think the numbers closer to 17%...

The tea party attendees down at the convention? >> exactly my point, rick. and scott brown is a moderate republican. he's a rhino, to use angela's term. he benefitted from the tea party movement, but that was a vote against policies like health care that voters in massachusetts were rejecting, it was not an endorsement of or an embracing of the republican party and angela's trying to attach herself to a movement that is awe thuthentic lally bin and nonindependent. >> go ahead, angela. >> we voted in scott brown because he's better than what massachusetts had. you can't he's a moderate republic...

>> angela are you sense that go as you're down there and talking to these convention attendees? >> rick, doug is right that many people coming together, but the bottom line is this, we are going against people that have not voted for us. we're going against the people, the democrats that voted with nancy pelosi and we're going for members of congress, republicans, that's republicans in name only, that have not represented the people. so, doug, you are right, but let me tell you if there's not a blue dog democrat that has not supported the issues of the tea party movement we're voting them out....
