Via Rail lawsuit is the last outstanding city suit from 2013 bus-train crash
A lawsuit involving the City of Ottawa and Via Rail is the last outstanding legal matter for the city related to the 2013 bus-train crash that killed six people. To date, the city has settled 38 of the 39 lawsuits arising from the Sept. 18, 2013 crash.
