Over 50 potential buyers show interest in former University campus
OVER 50 parties have registered an interest in a former University site in Manningham which is now on the market. The Grade II-listed Heaton Mount/Emm Lane complex is the former home of the University of Bradford's School of Management. Last month it was announced that the University was selling the site. Spanning 14 acres, it has been described as “an exquisite example of the Italian architectural style” is being marketed on a freehold basis subject to informal tender.
