KOTA KINABALU: The owner and customers of an entertainment outlet operating on the suburbs of the city's Luyang area here arrested on Friday (April 17) night. A total of 51 summonses were issued against the owner as well as patrons for offences that included failure to observe social distancing and a host of other local by-laws offences.
