A giant sign says coming soon on Rt. 9 in Beachwood in the old QuckChek building, well at least half of the building. Joe's Bagel & Grill is opening up in the same plaza as the delicious Pie's on 9. I recently instant messaged Joe's Bagel & Grill and asked them when they're opening, "We're all excited here in Beachwood." They wrote me back -- "They are not sure on the exact date."
