Pure. Its already mixed with 15 of water from peninsula reservoirs. The ground water would add another 2 . We thought we were drinking pure hetch hetchy all along. We werent. For some people its going to be even less pure hetch hetchy water it turns out. I would not call it less pure. This is high quality water. If you look at the hetch hetchy supply, let me tell you, occasionally you find deer walking across the creek. You find bears walking across the creeks leading to hetch hetchy. Reporter but they dont drain the reservoirs. Plans have been in the works for years too add this ground water ...
