Library activities Ellwood City Ledger ELLWOOD CITY – The Ellwood City Area Public Library offers a variety of weekly activities. Information is available by calling the library at 724-758-6458. OPEN The library will be open by appointment only. Call the library to set-up an appointment to browse for books or use a computer. Anything printed must be paid for with exact change or check.
