Seized vehicles dumped CHENNAI: The Pondy Bazaar police’s traffic investigation wing has dumped vehicles seized in accident cases on a pavement and encroached the parking lot opposite Panagal Park in T Nagar. Damaged vehicles have been dumped in a heap and those intact are parked outside the police station on parking space meant for public use.
