2 brothers, cousin nabbed in Negros Occidental buy bust
Published March 8, 2021, 5:33 PM BACOLOD CITY – Two brothers and their cousin were arrested by police in a buy-bust operation in Sitio Lupao, Barangay Quezon, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental Saturday. Police identified the suspects as Joemarie Paran, 35; his brother Arjames Paran, 22, and their cousin Arnel Paran, 28, all residents of Barangay Quezon.
