Weber investigator arrested after secret recording device discovered, police say
OGDEN — A Weber Metro Crime Scene Investigator was arrested and booked into Davis County Jail on Wednesday on suspicion of three counts of voyeurism committed against a child under 14 years of age. Marc Swain is also facing two counts of obstruction of justice and three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. A probable cause affidavit states that Swain, 47, left a recording device in a bathroom on numerous occasions with the intent to capture nude images.
