Dasara marks the first pan-India venture of Nani and the actor took it on his shoulders to entire promote the film all over India. He planned and went around a multi-city tour across Hindi-speaking regions in the country as well as down south. The movie stars National Award-winning Keerthy Suresh as the female lead opposite Nani, marking their second collaboration.

Dasara is getting rave reviews for the films set-up, performances, technicalities, and etc. Although many of the viewers and critics opine that Dasaras story is predictable and lacks freshness, the movie viewing experience Dasara offered lived up to the hype Nani and the entire team generated.

Dasara Movie Review: Dharani is a wayward youth who steals coal along with his friends Suri (Dheekshit Shetty) and gang in the village of Veerlapally. The villages conflict is woven around the infamous Silk Bar which is controlled by the Sarpanch. Vennela is the villages Anganwadi Teacher, who is in love with Suri.

Dasara movie review: Nani and Keerthy Suresh excel in this visually-stunning and partly entertaining movie that is let down by a sluggish pace and mediocre storytelling.
