A Grant County judge has sentenced a former Fennimore police officer to probation after a jury found him guilty of child sexual assault in February. Reports say 32 year old Zachary Hogenson was convicted of Repeated Sexual Assault of Same Child with at least 3 violations of 1st or 2nd degree sexual assault. Judge Craig Day sentenced Hogenson to three years in prison but stayed the remaining 1 year after time served as well as 2 years of extended supervision.
