Woman to pay £409 for trip from Blackburn to Preston after failing to buy ticket A FARE dodger has been ordered to pay more than £400 by the courts after she failed to buy a £5.70 ticket. Ameena Ali, of Blackburn, was caught without a ticket on December 4 after she arrived into Preston Train Station after boarding a train in her home town.
