Library granted $50k advance, projected fourth year deficit

On Monday, city council green-lit a $50,000 cash advance from the 2021 grant-in-aid to the Fort St. John Public Library Association. This amount comes as the library waits for council to approve a requested amount of $437,000 through the 2021 grant.
