Reporter he says the charges to be filed tuesday are associated with his role as a ba lay instructor. At one point he was in Contra Costa County with several different schools and giving private lessons. Reporter before his arrest, he was teaching here at the West Lake School for performing arts in daily city. The executive director of the school says he teaches advanced ballet to teenagers.
