The purpose is to start introducing children to environment conservation and management from an early age. Students of class 6th to 8th will be involved who would plant under the supervision of the teacher who wouldbe made an incharge officially under the scheme. The scheme will be implemented from 2020-21 till 2024-25. Every year 1,000 schools will be chosen for the implementation of the scheme. Each chosen school will have to raise 1,000 saplings.
