No, it's sort of — you know, it happened relatively accidentally when i was ten. a gentleman came to my school looking for kids to audition for a movie, a cbc movie of the week. but i wasn't, like, drama club. and i did always want my mum to take me to the school plays, even if it was the older kids. and i probably had no idea what was even going on in the play. i was clearly fixated on it and i think for me it definitely... ..allowed for some kind of an escape to a degree. and i don't know if that was a way, like an escape from myself, or having the space where you got to feel... ..just fee...
