Man, 30, held on $100,000 bail after fleeing police
NEW PHILADELPHIA • A 30-year-old city man is being held in the county jail on a $100,000 bond after he fled from police Thursday afternoon. He is charged with menacing by stalking, a stop sign violation and is being held on a parole violation. Police began following him because the mother of his child said he was following her. She thought he had a gun.
