Vergeire to head Nat'l Vaccination Operations Center

Health Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire MANILA - Health Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire will head the National Vaccination Operations Center (NVOC) as the government transitions to a new administration. In an online media forum, Vergeire confirmed that she was assigned to replace NVOC chair Myrna Cabotaje. The NVOC is mandated to ensure the proper storage, inventory and delivery of Covid-19 vaccines and develop appropriate guidelines for the national vaccination program against Covid-19.
