It's very, very difficult work. very difficult work. but i don't want to mince the two issues. it's important to realize there are staffing issues, definitely, in the bureau of prisons, especially in administrative and higher security level penitentiaries. you have got to have a better inmate to staff ratio. that is an issue. but with with this issue with epstein, what i see frankly, it's really not an issue of short staffing. it's an issue of making good decisions at the time. so, when epstein had his suicide attempt, we believe he had a suicide attempt, obviously, he should have been placed ...
