Air to surface missile. when you are working in this program could you envision what it has become today? absolutely not. but i didn t know where it was going at that point. i looked at where they have gone today and i am just marveled. you are calling them rpa s, remotely piloted aircraft. yes, i am. you bristle when somebody calls that an unmanned aircraft. you get that aircraft you are looking somewhere around 50 air force individuals. there s the aircraft which is thrown by pilots 24/7 it s not a drone it doesn t fly by itself. the reaper and predator have a three member crew a pilot, a sensor operator and mission intelligence coordinator. when that aircraft is up flying over afghanistan or iraq or any place that has been deployed where are you? sitting right here at the air force base in nevada. i have got the video screen in front of me. ....
