Test Series "done, dusted" if India makes five changes

Test Series "done, dusted" if India makes five changes By 2020-12-23T09:49+11:00 India could reportedly make five changes for the Boxing Day Test as they desperately try to correct the Adelaide collapse. They will have two forced changes with captain Virat Kohli on a plane home to India to be at the birth of his first child and Mohammed Shami suffering a broken arm. However, three more changes have been rumoured, with Prithvi Shaw, Wriddhiman Saha and Hanuma Vihari on the chopping block. This would essentially mean four changes to India’s batting order heading into the second Test.

O'Donnell fears that Wade, who usually bats in the middle-order, has made himself a ready fall-guy for when injured star David Warner is available to return. Wade made eight and 33 in the first Test, copping a bizarre run-out in the second innings in which his shot rebounded off the legs of the short leg fieldsman back to the wicketkeeper. Opening partner Joe Burns st...
