Loraine James will release a new album via Hyperdub in June. Titled ‘Reflection’, James’ new album follows her 2019 breakthrough LP ‘For You & I’, which DJ Mag crowned as its favourite release of that year. Set for release in June, the album was made in the summer of 2020, and is described as “a turbulent expression of inner-space”, and examines the experience of the past year from the perspective of a young, queer Black woman.
