A Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Temitope Ajayi has stated that President Bola Tinubu didn’t ask for a presidential yacht and does not need one to perform the functions of his office. President Bola Tinubu’s administration had proposed to spend N5.095 billion on a presidential yacht. This is part of the expenditures proposed in the 2023 supplementary budget the President submitted to the National Assembly for approval.
