Now, the grand jury decisions, both in moerferguson, missouri, in new york around the death of eric garner that have led so many people to feel, wait a minute, is our justice system working? not only the question of police interaction but more broadly the question of whether or not our justice system is working. i think particularly in the new york case because we could see the video, just the sense of, wait a minute, what is it that these grand juries are seeing that we're not seeing? so i guess what i hope is this becomes a part of a larger movement. >> and i love that you're using the word ...

Let me say, there are those that want to act as though what we say are unreasonable. what is unreasonable about asking for a court case? what's unreasonable about asking for due process? what is unreasonable about asking for the constitution to work for everybody? what is unreasonable about saying that michael brown and tamir rice and eric garner had rights, too. what a lot of people don't understand is that just like policemen have the right to get unions and others to defend them, victims have the right to get civil rights and human rights organizations to stand behind them.
