Us who have heard the tapes and heard witnesses talk about what they saw, this "stand your ground" law does not appear to app apply. this appears to be a person who's a violent vigilante, prewired for racial profiling, stalking, hunting down an innocent young black male and shooting him to death. and so after being told by police dispatcher to stand down, as opposed to standing down, he actually got out of his car and stalked and hunted trayvon martin down. so the only person in this case that seems to have been -- to have this "stand your ground" defense available would have been trayvon mart...
