BLUEWATER – As the municipality continues to move toward a new normal, Bluewater councillors voted against returning to in-person council meetings.

The financial framework for Bluewater in 2021 has officially been set in stone by council. The motion which councillors unanimously passed during the March 1 regular council meeting lays out municipal spending throughout the year and includes a net levy increase in the municipality of 2.10 per cent.
