Have collective bargaining. the border state 12 miles from my home, indiana, their governor eliminated collective bargaining and you still have state workers going to their job, doing a good job and people lining up to fill those vacancies without collective bargaining. if that's the problem, why is it we are able to get good workers in other states. by the way the federal government whose average salary is considerably higher than the average state worker, why is it that good workers still go there if collective bargaining is the sole protector of the public workforce? >> sean: you have 41 st...
