Western governments seem to be in no doubt that president Bashir Al Assad is responsible for what appears to be a deadly Chemical Weapons attack in Idlib Province which has killed dozens of people including at least eleven children and injured hundreds more. The foreign secretary Boris Johnson said if proved then it is a war crime. The Un Security Council is holding an Emergency Meeting tomorrow to discuss the attack.
