What it was like on the ground, people trying to make it through the horror of a tornado. take a look and listen. >> everywhere you looked, the debris field was so high and so far and so wide, wounded people walking around the streets, you know, they were walking wounded. they were bloody, people that had stuff sticking out of them from things that were flying around in the air. there were cars crumpled up like little toys and thrown on top of buildings, buildings two, three stories tall that were levelled. it was devastating. >> 4,000-pound cars stacked here as if you were in a parking garage...

Any up until yesterday per se. but these are kind of big fronts that are moving through, where you have updrafts and downdrafts and cold fronts hitting warm air and it's converging in the center of oklahoma, and the storms are really interesting. they develop extremely quick. i'm literally driving up probably within ten miles of the capitol, and it's cloudy outside but nothing per se is in the sky, and that was 30 minutes ago, and now we have had two tornado sirens go off because of the cell built really quick ask created these massive storm cells. >> neil: governor, you're so well schooled in...
