Wetherspoon completes development of â¬33.4m Dublin pub and hotel Wetherspoon has completed the development of Keaven’s Port, its new pub and 89-bedroom hotel on Camden Street in central Dublin. The pub chain said Keaven’s Port, which €33.4m between purchasing the property and developing the site, was the single largest investment in its 41-year history. No official opening date has been set for Keaven’s Port, but the company is aiming to open the pub on January 15, subject to a licence being granted.
