The public information officer of the Bombay HC has rejected RTI application pertaining to structural audits of the court's heritage building in south Mumbai.
Structural Audit: Tests to determine the structural integrity and stability of 38 societies in the city are under way in two phases since April last year, but nothing concrete has been achieved yet.
The Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) had appointed a structural auditor to inspect the three wings of the building, including the collapsed slabs, last week.
The repair work will include minor repairs of wear and tear in the already existing bridges. The need for repairs in these bridges was pointed out in the structural audit last year.
