Tottenham's Trevor Birch to become EFL chief executive
Tottenham’s director of football operations Trevor Birch will become the EFL’s chief executive in the new year, reports Amitai Winehouse. Birch only joined Tottenham at the start of September but will leave his role there to join the EFL on January 1.
