SINGAPORE - All public libraries will reduce their operating capacity to 25 per cent and cut dwelling times to minimise the spread of Covid-19 in the community. All physical programmes, including tours, will also be suspended at public libraries and the National Archives of Singapore, said the National Library Board (NLB) in a statement on Saturday (May 15). The measures take effect from Sunday and will last until June 13, in line with the tightening of Covid-19 rules as community cases continue to rise. NLB had previously tightened measures from May 8.
