The largest state-run iron ore miner National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) posted a profit after tax of Rs 1,815 crore for the quarter ended March 2022 as compared to Rs 2,838 crore recorded in the corresponding period of the previous year, registering a decline of 36.04 per cent year-on-year, according to an official statement released on Saturday.
