Environmental Protection Agency EPA proposed to reclassify per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances PFAS as chemicals of special concern under the Toxics Release Inventory TRI. This is expected to increase reporting of PFAS under the TRI by eliminating the de minimis exemption.
