CAA Split into Divisions to Improve Management The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has been split into three divisions as part of a plan to improve the organization’s service and management. This was revealed in a notification issued by CAA’s Director-General, Flight Lt (retd.) Khaqan Murtaza.
