Bolton Crown Court A MAN has admitted to sexually touching a nine-year-old girl on three occasions. Patrick Kelly, of Tabley Road, Bolton, pleaded guilty to three counts of sexual assault of a child under 13, which all took place between September 1, 2018 and December 31, 2018. The 64-year-old has been bailed and is set to return to Bolton Crown Court on Tuesday, April 6 to be sentenced.
