Every commuter and driver has a harrowing, white-knuckled story about a near miss on a particular stretch of highway that is a stomach acid producing nightmare.
They range from fast moving Interstates moving hundreds of thousands of vehicles a day such as I-80 and I-295, to arterial highways such as Route 46, 22 and 27, lined with traffic challenging stores, driveways and streets.
