Baltic man found entering cars in apartment parking lot
NEW PHILADELPHIA • A 23-year-old Baltic man was charged with falsification after he misidentified himself when police found him entering cars in an apartment parking lot in the 400 block of First Drive NE early Thursday. He was found inside a car, and with a bike that was not his. The bike was taken to the city garage. • Drugs were to be sent for testing after being found on a passenger is a vehicle police stopped in the 200 block of Front Avenue SW on Thursday afternoon. The narcotics were found on a 32-year-old Scio man. The driver, a 28-year-old Scio man, had failed to signal.
