It was cold and blustery out there today with highs struggling to get out of the 40s; wind chills were mainly in the lower 40s. The winds will start to settle down a bit overnight tonight, but it will still be breezy at times, especially this evening. The biggest issue tonight is nailing down the overnight lows. If winds do not settle down enough, then that would tend to keep our temperatures above the freezing degree mark.
