Wannaphong Durongkaveroj is an Assistant Professor of economics at Ramkhamhaeng University, Bangkok, Thailand. He obtained a PhD in Economics from the Arndt-Corden Department of Economics, Australian National University. His research interest covers international trade, poverty, and inequality. He has published articles in several journals such as Journal of Industrial and Business Economics, Review of Development Economics, and Journal of International Development. In 2021, he was awarded the 3rd Prize of the Joseph Stiglitz Essay Award from the International Economic Association.
