Genshin Impact developer Hoyoverse (formerly known as Mihoyo) hosted a stream for the game’s upcoming 3.1 patch on Friday. The next patch will be released on Sept. 28, and introduce Cyno, Candace, and Nilou as playable characters, and add a new story featuring Scaramouche and Dottore.
