The move to adopt the policy was spurred by parent Tim Jagger's post on Facebook in which he complained about his daughter being uncomfortable on the first day of school because she was in the high school girls bathroom and "wasn't positive, but was pretty sure a male entered the bathroom while she was in there. She is now afraid to use the facilities."
