and police are just not sure yet whether this was intentional or drunk driving or an accident. >> can, as you talked to law enforcement officials, how are they piecing together the answer to that question? >> well, first they need to identify the suspect. that is the problem. without a name, and they were sending out fingerprints to try to do that, they can't look for social media and then try to find out whether this person is a racially motivated violent extremists or just a random citizen. they don't know that. the person wasn't cooperating. so once they identify the person, they can figure out parties lee whether there was some evidence to some kind of motive here that this person wanted to attack migrants or something. but right now they just don't have that information. they also need the toxicology results to find out what this person was intoxicated by. >> such a tragic story. ken delaney, as you have more, please bring it to us. right now, a community prayer service getting underway soon to honor the victims in the shooting at a texas out of all. the gunman killed eight people

can, what are your sources telling you about the crash? what the thing about the driver? >> alicia, i spoke to a spokesman for the browns bill -- hispanic male who was not cooperating and gave police several different names. he said that the police obviously have clinton doctored a blood test and sent that out for toxicology results but that won't be back for a while. so right now they're investigating whether this was a case of a drunk driver or whether there was a potentially attentional attack, or whether it was just an accident. they can't rule out any of those three scenarios. it is a horrific, horrific incident. there's a lot of video circulating online, this is just absolutely terrible. there's also some surveillance video that has been reported on the shows that this was a range rover suv that just plowed into a group of migrants standing near a bus stop which is near a shelter down in brownsville, texas. so just some awful, awful situation.
