FCC Enforcement Bureau issued two new cease and desist letters in connection to the apparent transmission of illegal robocalls. The Bureau issued the letters to Great Choice Telecom LLC and Telecom Carrier Access for transmitting illegal robocall traffic.
According to a press release issued last Thursday, the nation’s robocall watchdog demanded that the companies take steps to immediately address the
FCC’s News Release, investigations by the Enforcement Bureau, in conjunction with the industry-led Traceback Consortium, indicate that these companies each transmitted multiple illegal robocall campaigns on their networks.
